I have always believed that strong management is the backbone of every successful business.
My journey started with a first degree in management technology. It was there that I learned how much every industry depends on strong managerial expertise, and that lesson has stayed with me ever since.
I went on to earn my master’s degree in international business and management in Europe, where I specialized in business strategy. I worked in several multinational organizations across Europe and Asia, and came to know European business culture well, including Norwegian and Scandinavian business practices.
My Ph.D. research asked a simple question: what really drives innovation inside organizations?
My doctoral research focused on innovation drivers in organizations, and especially on how knowledge is created, shared and transferred between people. Since then, I have published several journal research papers and conference papers.
Today I still use social network analysis to help organizations understand their own knowledge ecosystem, so they can innovate more efficiently and effectively.
I understand the challenges entrepreneurs face, because I have lived them.
I have started three businesses: in the beauty industry, in real estate and in consulting. The beauty business grew to approximately $5M in revenue. As a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker and investor, I have also managed the finances of construction projects worth over $5M.
Today, I bring more than 20 years of experience in business strategy and project management to every client.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMI), I have completed many successful projects. Through Oslove Consulting, I now work with entrepreneurs and organizations as a coach and consultant, helping them start businesses, execute projects successfully, streamline operations and grow with confidence.
